Business ICT support
Loukes Electronics looks after the ICT needs of local small and medium businesses. That is on-site support for computers, workstations and servers, and a move onto SharePoint and Microsoft Exchange when you are ready.

We can move you from a local server to a cloud solution for anywhere access, on SharePoint and Microsoft Exchange, then stay on for support and management.
That includes a new staff member, closing an account when someone leaves, and sorting out who can open which files. If it is urgent, we can connect remotely.
Typical jobs
- Microsoft 365 for a small office, including Outlook on the computer and the phone
- SharePoint libraries, permissions and ongoing management
- Mail moved onto Exchange, with calendars and shared mailboxes
- On-site help when a computer, printer or the network has stopped the day
SharePoint migration and management
We move files off old servers, mapped drives and tired SharePoint sites into a structure the office can use. Access follows the job, not one shared password.
- What should move, what should be archived, and who owns it
- Libraries and guest access for the people who need them
- New starters, people leaving, and shared folders that stay usable
Email on Microsoft Exchange
Mail moves onto Exchange with Microsoft 365, or onto Exchange if that is already how the business is set up. Yesterday's mail is still there in the morning.
- Mail, calendars, contacts and shared mailboxes
- From an old hosted mailbox, Google Workspace, or another Microsoft tenancy
- Outlook on the desk and on the phone

Common questions
Can you move our email without losing the old mail?
Yes. The changeover is timed so orders and enquiries still arrive, and the important mailboxes are checked first.
Do you only work remotely?
No. Most of this work is on site in East Gippsland. Remote access is for the urgent jobs.
Is this only for large offices?
No. It is for local businesses that have outgrown one mailbox and a shared folder.
